The “Green Center” is an agriculturally oriented educational center that conducts courses on various topics, including: sustainable agriculture, agrotourism, social entrepreneurship, greenhouse economy, and also conducts tours, festivals and experience exchanges. The Green Center is located in Hovk village, 120 km from Yerevan, 22 km from Dilijan, 10 km from Ijevan, 58 km from Vanadzor, 120 km from Gyumri.

More than 150 types of vegetables, greens, non-traditional crops, and fruit trees are grown in an organic farm equipped with the latest technologies adjacent to the center. Visitors to the educational center can get acquainted with the advantages and applications of anti-hail netting, drip irrigation, raining, composting, mulching and other methods.

Accommodation and living facilities.

The center also provides overnight facilities. 19 people can spend the night there at the same time, 3 of which are family rooms, and 10 people can spend the night in 5 wooden fairy cabins located in the area. The building is equipped with modern furnishings, including a bathroom and a kitchen where dishes are prepared daily from organically grown and non-traditional vegetables on site.
